Human emations: Fear

        “Every human has his or her own personal dream, and just like the society dream, it is often ruled by fear”(Ruiz, Miguel. The Four Agreements, page .14). Every person goes through a separate path of life, and each path is different. In our life paths, we are faced with a variety of emotions. Our emotions have an influence on our health and psychological condition. Health and psychological condition are closely linked with a condition of life. What is happening with your life affects physical and the mental status of you, and vice versa. The negative impact on life are the reasons of: irritation, psychological disorders, alcohol, drugs, beatings, and other negative thoughts, which can worsen health and physical conditions of a human. The positive impacts of life are reasons of: sport, learning of unknown, drink a lot of water, be in peace, and have positive thoughts. Emotions are powers that human can use to create the life that he or she wants. But, sometimes people use the power of emotions against themselves and other people. The strongest emotions for every human being, like love or hate, is fear. Fear was used as a tool by religion, in order to control us and to confuse our minds, causing us not to think or act logically.
          Fear is a weakness. Confusing your mind, making the situation more difficult than it really is, to make something big out of something really small. The fear makes you think so, or it’s trying to control you as a puppet - a movable model of a person or animal that is used in entertainment and is typically moved either by strings controlled from above or by a hand inside it.
         The difference between a coward and a brave man is very little. Here is the only difference: the coward listens to his fears, then it confuses his mind; the brave man puts them aside and moves forward. The brave man ignores the fear, because he knows that it is the negative emotion, and it won’t bring him a good mood. The brave man goes into the unknown, in spite of all fears, in order to achieve goals that are a sight for. Courage does not mean fearlessness.
          We are all people, everyone has personal or social fears. Fear consists of different meanings when it is used with other words, such as “Arachnophobia – The fear of spiders affects women four times more (48% women and 12% men); Ophidiophobia – The fear of snakes; Acrophobia – The fear of heights; Thanatophobia – The fear of death (FearOf.net.)” and so on. People put their fears into themselves by seeing something, feeling something, supposing or listen to someone. The biggest fear that people listen to was propagated by religion.“By making people afraid of hell, religion was able to control people emotionally”(The Unbounded Spirit). Man - is the most fearful animal. He fears many things – old age, disease, natural disasters, poverty – but most importantly, death. Indeed, man is a unique animal in that, and he can be aware of his own death. No animal can foresee its death, except man. The absolute fact is that man knows that he will eventually die in this life. That causes a tremendous amount of fear in him – fear of the unknown. Religion gave people an idea of hell in the afterlife, and by that, they prepared the puppet strings for their new listeners and believers. The solution of the idea of an afterlife was solved by creating a religion and a God that judges. These judges who will decide where our souls will go after life, according to how we lived our lives. People who follow the rules that created religion are under control because they are afraid. Humans never know what can happen to them after death, but why do we have to live in fear? Eventually, we all going to die, there is nothing to be afraid of. Think positively and curiously about death, when we will die, we will learn about afterlife existence.
      Our emotions have a straight influence to our life. How we think, talk, see the world impacts on our ways of life. Negative emotions are strong enough to change life into a nightmare, but we have a choice to ignore them. By using your power of emotions you can build the life you like. The emotion of fear was used as a tool by religion, in order to control and to confuse our minds. They change our life paths by causing us not to think or act logically because we have fears. People under control of fear can easily be manipulated. Fear confuses our minds, then we allow it control us. Stay in your control, turn on your logic. We make fears in our minds, we are the creators, so we are able to switch it into the positive emotion.

A little of advice

It so happened that the problems control the person. They prevent us from establishing relationships, making the right decisions, after all, enjoy life "in full".

It is so, but at the same time, it is not so. There are problems in the positive quality, about which many can not even guess: it is they that in some way help to achieve success and set goals. But this happens only if you are able to properly deal with the problems of the information society. After all, very few people now understand and know how to deal with problems, because of a lack of information and knowledge, that's why most fail and can not achieve the success that they set for themselves.

Understand how to deal with problems; drawing from this only the benefits and the necessary experience. Recommend to read this post, and also to apply all the advice given in it in practice.

The first thing you need to start struggling with the problems of the information society is to understand and decide for yourself what has changed in your life. After, when you get rid of all problems and it will be easier for you to struggle with all the problems you have. Just as you become after this, what kind of opinions people will have from you, will your neighborhood change? Even a few minutes to think about this issue will be enough, that at least a little to motivate themselves to start actions. Then you need to understand what are your problems at the moment and write them out on a simple piece of paper. Try to write absolutely all problems, both large and small. When the list is ready, then you can start thinking and making up to deal with the problems.

Here are a few original ways that can help in the fight against every day, more specific, problems - health.

1. To give an effective response to an intrusive headache will help an ordinary pencil, sandwiched between teeth. This means prevents involuntary tight compression of the jaws, usually for stress and pain, thus avoiding its amplification and bringing some relief.





2. From pains in the feet, you can get rid of an arbitrary massage of the feet with a tennis ball. This method also helps to alleviate back pain. To do this, the tennis ball should be placed between the back and any solid surface (for example, a wall), tightly pressed and for a few minutes to make circular motions.




Electromagnetic Field

Computers, mobile phones, microwave ovens, power lines, electric trains, cars... Such instruments and devices that we use every day make our life much easier. However, they can also influence our health.

Aren't you paranoid about your health? The electromagnetic field is everywhere around us and around the Earth. We walk trough it, and they exist even if you don't feel or see them.

EMF radiation connects all forms of radiation - X-Rays, ultraviolet rays, gamma radiation, radio waves, microwaves: these all have different frequency ranges, and scientists have studied the effects of all of them on living things.

How electromagnetic field effect on our health?

A series of videos on YouTube appeared to show how four phones can simply cook the corn kernels, just by points the ringing phones at them. The media has been reporting for years on alleged links between cell-phone usage and brain tumors. And that is tenable, because if you just image what happen with your brain while you talk with some on the phone. It's like your brain slowly becomes a Pop-brain. And it all depend on the time spend near by EMF waves, and on frequency of the waves. Research showed several symptoms and side effects on our body from EMF waver.

The first symptoms of the electromagnetic field:
- Fatigue,
- Irritability,
- Sleep disorders,
- Impaired memory and attention.

The long-term effect of electromagnetic fields can cause:
migraine,
- Infertility (in men and in women),
- Problems with pregnancy - miscarriages,
- Lesions of the central nervous system in children,
- Brain cancer.

One of the logic, funny, but in the same time not comfortable solutions on how can you protect yourself from EMF waves is to cover or roll up yourself in foil and you will look like cosmonaut. But, there would be no doubt that the waves will pass through you, it will just go around you.

Anyways, there are more options how to protect your health from the harmful effects of high frequency waves. Here are they are:

- Observe safe distances - do not stand near a working microwave oven, do not sleep at a wi-fi router, do not put your phone under you pillow while you sleep.
- Do not keep the mobile device close to you in the event that it is not in use.
- Reduce the time of talking on mobile phones. Or use headphones while talking.
- Turn off the wi-fi router when you not using the Internet.
- Do not hold the laptops on your lap.
- Correctly arrange furniture and electrical appliances in the apartment. Do not place the bed near the wall, if there is a refrigerator, computer or TV behind it.

What About?

Hello, to you, my guest!
First of all, I want to say, Thank you for taking a little of your precious time to read my thoughts about the problems and solutions that are around us based on daily basis.
I've been thinking about the life problems, and I came to the point where I found that any problems are connected. Once I start think of a problem it always cause another problem and this net goes to infinity. I want to simplify the problems to a feasible or potential solution for everyone, despite on age or gender.

I will explore and share the possibilities how to make our life healthier and become more aware of what is happening. If there is a problem there is always plenty ways of solving it. The thing is that I need to seek the solution out of a box and stay logical with the positive perceptions. One of my teachers said,


"We cannot be creative without a problem that needs to be solved."

I'm seeking for the truth, logic, . And I will be creative as possible to surprise you about the problems and solutions that you've not think of.

Understand, accept, learn a problem with solutions and move on with your life. When we try to understand the problem there is a possibility to find a new problem. We learn from problems and solutions so to not replicate the same circle.
